We had a great stay here for Coachella! The Airbnb was very cute, clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our group of four. Everything felt well-maintained and made it easy to relax after long festival days. Check-in was seamless and the location made it easy to get to and from the festival. Jason was very easy to communicate with and responsive throughout our stay. The only downside was some noise from the upstairs neighbor. We heard running and jumping most mornings between 7–9am. Some level of noise is expected in a shared space, but this was a bit more noticeable than usual. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

This condo is just like the pictures and in a great, walkable location. The heated pools were terrific and never crowded. You could go out any time of day or evening and get a lounger with shade. Beautiful landscaping off the patios with hummingbirds. Comfy beds and a great stay overall. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had to date! I took my Mom and 2 daughters to Palm Springs over Spring Break and we stayed at Jason’s condo. Fabulous from the moment we walked in - clean, beyond well stocked and pristine grounds with 2 pools, a hot tub and a tennis court. The condo was centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Awesome experience from start to finish … we will be back!!

The house is awesome. A well appointed kitchen with all the accessories. Bedrooms very nice; all as advertised. Great house for a large family; the outdoor playground was a big hit with the kids. Highly recommend this house!

Great stay, great host, great location. In these times when some hosts make getting an AirBnB a chore with superfluous rules and requirements to book, this stay was a breath of fresh air and a very easy and efficient booking, check in, and check out process. Condo was exactly as described and came with plenty of space and amenities for our group of 6 guys on our ski trip. 5 min walk to bars and restaurants on Main, and the shuttle to the Beaver Run lift stops right outside the unit every 15 mins. Price was fair and felt like we got great value for the cost. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Would recommend this location for a ski trip to Breck. There is a locked outdoor room for ski gear right outside the door. Everything is well stocked and labeled to prevent confusion. Small details like heated bathroom floors, a hot tub nearby, and accessories like humidifiers and space heaters make the stay extra enjoyable. Kitchen is nice and well stocked. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no hood vent over the stove so when we were cooking meat the smoke alarm went off. Easy enough to crack a window or two though. 5-10 minute walk to the lift was convenient also. Great hosts, would love to return here!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect for our large family stay. Each room offered privacy and comfort, along with the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. Our kids loved the bunk room (located in the garage) and the outdoor sledding in the backyard. Close to everything in Breck!

Thank you for a great stay! This is a very comfortable two bedroom, two bath condominium. It was immaculately clean. Even the two small patios looked like they had been recently cleaned with no dust, which is often not the case for outside spaces. It is a great location and very close to downtown. Our favorite part of the stay was the outside spaces. The property has mature landscaping with many palms, fruit trees, bougainvillea and lush green grass. It is very quiet (mostly retirees). The pool was delightful, heated to perfection with beautiful landscaping around, views of the mountain. Often we were the only people there. It is a great place with great value. Recommend. It has all the small amenities such as. fans, yoga mats, beach towels, appliances etc.

I agree with all the other reviews, but if you have young kids, book this house right now. This house had everything we needed to not bring our entire house with us on vacation. It had multiple pack and plays, a portable high chair, plenty of plates/cups/bowls for littles, TOYS, strollers with big tires for the snow, playground, and it felt very child safe. It was such a great house and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time as a family!

Location was nice. Close to downtown and shops. Just a few minutes from the Gondola to get to the ski resort. The house had all of the items needed to cook meals and plenty of games for the entire family.
