About

Less than 1 mile from downtown Breckenridge and to the gondola, the Elkhorn Lodge is a breathtaking 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, + study with desk space and bunk beds. It is a private home that comfortably hosts up to 12 guests. Mountain and forest views around! Our home is perfectly fit for large families or multiple smaller families. The home was designed to allow guests to connect together in one space, or separate into groups in other rooms of the home. Must be 25 years old, or older to book.

Good to know

The home features beautifully furnished rooms with soaring vaulted ceilings, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, two living areas, a heated garage, play set for kids outside, three decks, two fireplaces and a private hot tub. Two master King suites on the upper levels, a King bedroom on the upper level and two bedrooms downstairs, 2-XL Twins and a King. Additional space in the office connected through the garage, desk space and bunk beds. We invite you to imagine yourself among friends and family, enjoying a delicious home-cooked dinner before relaxing in front of a warm fire in one of the two living areas or soaking in the beautiful new hot tub after a big day of mountain activities. Guests will enjoy 1-Gbps Internet, access to 4-TVs, 2-AppleTV and a 1-DVD player. Start all over the next day with breakfast made in the spacious kitchen or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck while taking in the views of Peak 6.

House Rules

Shoes must be removed at the entryway. All snow gear should remain in the garage mudroom area, skis can hang in the racks on the garage wall. The garage is heated. Absolutely no smoking, of any kind inside the home. If you need to smoke you can easily walk outside away from any doors. Please be mindful of this requirement. If the cleaning team alerts us that the unit has a smoke stench, the guests will be required to pay an additional $1,000 to $2,500 cleaning fee. Be respectful of your neighbors just as you would in your own home. Please be a good person and abide by these requirements.

Accessibility

Neighborhood

The east side of Breckenridge is walking distance to Breckenridge Town and Summit Stage shuttles, and in the summer Main Street is about 10-15 minute walk.

Guest Access

As a guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, grounds, garage, driveway. We have a locked owner's closet, locked owner's cabinet and a locked owner's shed.

Find us

Walking is the most preferred option. Guests can opt to drive, or take the Breck Free Ride (about 10 minute walk to the stop) will take you throughout Breckenridge and connect you to Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper via the Summit Stage Bus System - all free.
